Tips for Online Learning

  • When you sign up for a live virtual class, an email with a link to the class will land in your inbox 30 minutes before class. The first time you come, click the link and get started early so that you have time as it prompts you through everything you need to do to get started.

  • While props are great for supporting your yoga practice, we understand not everyone has them. A bolster, blocks, strap, and blanket are great, however, feel free to get creative with what you have at home! A few blankets and pillows can work just as well!

  • As with every class, whether in person or online, we invite you to modify during class in accordance with your own practice. Listen to your body and move from a place that feels in alignment with yourself in the present moment. This might mean slowing down or grabbing a block to support a posture. It also might mean advancing your practice to a place you are already experienced in. Please note that while we guide you through the practice, we are not necessarily able to always demo to our full capabilities (and still be able to talk/teach) so if you’re experienced in going deeper, by all means, let our classes inspire you to explore!

  • We do not play music during our live stream classes, however feel free to play your own music at home. Check out our spotify for some inspiration: The Yoga Studio Online on Spotify.

  • If you are signed up for a class but don’t make it to the live stream, we will email you a recording of the class. However, if you don’t plan on attending the class live, feel free just to check out the On-Demand Library for new classes daily!

  • If you’re having trouble downloading Mindbody the first time you attend, click HERE to troubleshoot what may be the issue.

If you’re not receiving the email links for class, check your junk mail.

Or contact us below and we’ll be happy to guide you through.
