Power Flow — Revolved Navasana

A challenging class with a focus on building more strength/endurance in the body and practice as a whole. In this practice, we work on opening through the hips, legs, and shoulders to explore Parivrtta Surya Yantrasana and Visvamitrasana and revolved boat variations.
