Power Flow — Upper Body Strengthening

This is a challenging Asana practice with focus on building strength in the upper body.

Please practice safely within your current limits, take breaks as you need, strength takes time to build. This practice includes inversion work which you can skip past until you feel comfortable with it, or move your mat to a wall for some added security. The more you do it, the stronger you will get :)
